The Lodge combines the privacy of having your own home with many of the comforts you'd expect from a luxury resort.

Except there are no crowded pools, restaurant reservations or schedules to follow.

Private Beach

Seriously private. Walk outside. That’s it. No elevators. No golf carts. No searching for chairs. Just sand, turquoise water and the kind of quiet that's becoming very hard to find.

Private Chef and Daily Housekeeping

Menu and groceries organized before arrival for a seamless experience. Coffee in the morning. Lunch after the beach. Dinner when you're ready. No grocery-store runs. No cooking. No dishes.Just tell us what your family loves and we'll take it from there.

Chef service is included with your stay. Groceries and beverages are additional.

Boat Excursions

Snorkeling, fishing, private beaches. Excursions are available at an additional cost. When you feel like doing something, everything you need is nearby.

Island Tours

Visit North & Middle Caicos, Caves, Flamingo Pond, Mudjin Harbor for a day tour which shows local TCI beauty. Additional Cost.

Bonfires

A bonfire is set for you daily so that you can end the night under the stars.

Kayaking, SUP Boards, Fishing Poles

Kayak through the mangroves. Explore on SUP boards. Fish off all 3 stories of our historic home.

Getting Here Is Part of the Adventure

Parrot Cay feels wonderfully removed from the rest of the world.

Getting here is surprisingly easy.

And we'll help coordinate the journey.

01 — LAND

Fly into Providenciales International Airport (PLS).

Your driver meets you when you arrive.

02 — RIDE

Relax during the approximately 20-minute private SUV ride to Leeward.

03 — BOAT

Board your private boat and leave the crowds behind.

For the next 20–30 minutes, turquoise water is your highway.

04 — ARRIVE

The boat pulls directly up to The Lodge's private dock.

Step off.

Take off your shoes.

You're home.

Airport ground transportation and boat transfers are additional unless specifically included in your reservation package. We'll help coordinate the entire journey.
