Waking up every morning to the beautiful blue ocean and having coffee outside on the beautiful wrap around deck is unreal. We spent our days on the private beach in complete isolation from others, fishing. The staff are wonderful and having delicious meals cooked for us, an absolute pleasure. Anyone who gets the opportunity to stay at The Lodge is lucky!! We miss it already and can't wait to come back.”

“Paradise.”

Words cannot do this amazing home justice! We traveled to this island paradise with two other couples. Our group enjoyed the beautiful beach, fishing the inlet from the lower deck of the house and sitting out on the upper deck relaxing and taking in the 360 degree views. The accommodations were perfect for our needs. The logistics manager of The Lodge on Parrot Cay, Andrea, is wonderful to deal with. This being our first trip to the The Lodge we had so many questions. Andrea and Joanna patiently, answered them all!! From arranging menus and groceries, transportation back and forth between the islands or cooking every meal, they took care of everything!

This is absolutely the most romantic place that we have ever stayed. All of our future vacations will be compared to the week we spent at The Lodge! Thank you Andrea, Joanna and Rico!

“A perfect vacation for a family of 6!”

Our family of 6 had the most enjoyable week at this private home on Parrot Cay. With a few tweens and a teenager we didn't know if they would have enough to fill their days with. Our family loved eating all of our meals at The Lodge because the view was unbeatable. Laying in the porch hammock listening to nature and the kids laughing at the beach was priceless. To wake up in the morning, with a cup of coffee in hand and walk to the water, find sand dollars, and see not a soul was a highlight. Joanna was incredibly professional and easy to be around. We would recommend this vacation to anyone of all ages. We can't thank The Lodge on Parrot Cay enough for opening their home to renters. We will be back!

“Amazing getaway!”

We stayed at the The Lodge on Parrot Cay with my two sons ages 9 and 13 and another family with a daughter 16. The house is beautiful and very well furnished and has everything you need or want. The boys spent days fishing in the private lagoon and snorkeling on the private beach. They saw all kinds of fish including a shark and a barracuda. The house has family games which we played every night at the large round table. This house is very secluded. It is a private island getaway in every respect. A dream!

I rarely take solo trips but I was under deadline and had to finish my novel and desperately needed peace and solitude. I did some searching online and found Parrot Cay to be the most private and accommodating island. I found the The Lodge on this site and when I told my editor I was headed to Parrot Cay, he didn’t believe me. He said that the only privately owned houses belonged to celebrities. But it wasn’t too good to be true, I sent an inquiry late on a Friday night and had a warm response from one of the home owners, Andrea, by Saturday morning. The Lodge is the only non-COMO privately owned property. The house was available for the following week and it took us only a few emails to set everything up. The house manager had transportation, groceries and menus arranged for me so all I had to do was show up. I spent the most relaxing, quiet and productive week at the The Lodge and finished my novel on time. It’s my new secret weapon.

“An unforgettable vacation.”

You must rent this place if you get the chance! I was just there. This house and the island are as close to perfect as a vacation can get. The house is an open, gorgeous space that feels like an extension of what could be one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever seen. White sand that stretches slowly into the water. The temperature and dreamy blue water is like that in a dream. We went swimming, snorkeling, fishing, walking, running... and slept in the most beautiful room with a gigantic open porch attached. The kitchen was so perfect for cooking and gathering, as was the wrap-around deck from where we watched the sunset every night. I already miss this place. It was perfect.

“A fantastic holiday retreat.”

I HIGHLY recommend this place! We were blown away by the charm, the views and the very exclusive beachfront this house had to offer. We ate dinner outside on the wrap around deck every night, watched the sun set for cocktail hour, went swimming many times a day on the private beach, BBQ’d fresh fish and on and on. The beds were so comfortable and the sound of the ocean waves lull you to sleep. This is great quality family time or partner time. The house had everything we needed and wanted. What a gem! This is not to be missed.

“Pristine paradise.”

Pristine paradise! I believe the The Lodge on Parrot Cay is located on the best location on the island, offering expansive views of the water and the beautiful Island of Parrot Cay. The pristine water has the most amazing colors of green and blue I’ve ever seen, and contrasted with the white sand is truly remarkable. Every morning we would have breakfast and relax a while and then take long walks on the beautiful sandy beach, stopping to take a swim or two along the way. The water temperature is perfect for swimming and so invitingly clean and clear. The deck which surrounds the house is a great place to read, nap, or take in the beautiful surroundings. We had the exploring bug and took a day trip to North and Middle Caicos and explored the caves and the beauty of those islands. On another fun day trip, we went fishing and very much enjoyed eating our catch. Sunsets are so beautiful and memorable to watch on Parrot Cay and something we very much looked forward to every day. Looking at the stars and finding constellations are hours of fun in the evening. Staying at The Lodge on Parrot Cay is so incredibly relaxing and our time spent there is a time we will never forget. I highly recommend staying at The Lodge on Parrot Cay!

“Heavenly white sands.”

I have just returned from this wonderful slice of heaven and will never forget my experience there! The sand was the whitest and smoothest I have ever stepped foot on or seen. It is amazing! The Lodge is on the beach which has the ambiance of nothing less than total relaxation and peace. No hagglers. No one bothering you. We got up and meandered down to the beach every morning. The Lodge is a must-see place to relax and have fun. Remember, you aren't in America, so take in as much of the culture as you can because that just adds to the experience. The isolation is absolute, the house has all needed for self-sufficiency and solace.

I am truly thankful for the day my friend recommended this paradise to me. From here on out, I am going to book a week at The Lodge on Parrot Cay to reconnect to myself and my family.

“My dream vacation fulfilled! And the best I have ever had!”

Staying at this property is like owning your own private island with white sand beaches, a beautiful ocean, and a comfortable and charming place to lay your head. In addition, it's a quick boat ride to North and Middle Caicos if you are feeling the need to explore the local culture!

A few friends and I stayed at this property and we had a great time relaxing on the wrap around porch, watching the sunset, swimming, snorkeling, fishing, and pretending that we owned the island. There is a stretch of beach right in front of the house and it's totally private! We had a great time with so much space to either go off on our own or to gather together and chat or play poker. The kitchen is fully equipped and we were able to prepare everything including our freshly caught seafood. I really enjoyed the accommodations and it's perfect for a romantic getaway or a big gathering. The Lodge is perfectly built with separate entrances, an outdoor shower, and multiple porches. The view from the upstairs porch is amazing and I miss watching the sun set.

As you can tell, I loved my vacation. It's an affordable option to rent a house on a beautiful island. The property is charming and a bit rustic, but it's comfortable and feels like a vacation home. I can't wait to go back!
