Built over the sea, the house sits high in the air, and the surrounding deck takes advantage of the constant easterly breeze while providing outdoor sun and shade all day. The large open floor plan on the top level creates a space for all to enjoy whether playing games, preparing meals, dining or just relaxing with the view. Two Balinese day beds in one corner provide the perfect spot for an afternoon nap. A fully equipped kitchen provides everything the cook could need. Two outdoor dining areas offer a choice of views and breezes for dining over the water. For indoor dining, a large round table seats up to eight. The lower level offers two master suites with adjoining screened patios, each offering views of the sea. A third bedroom has two twin beds and its own private deck over the water. A master bathroom provides a stall shower that is seldom used, as our guests prefer the private stone outdoor shower. A short path leads you to our very private stretch of white sand beach where the turquoise sea is warm, calm and shallow. Our private channel provide hours of adventure and exploration of resident sea life. Water activities such as: diving, fishing, boating, snorkeling are possible and popular.
